STORE MANAGEMENT TEAM

(Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Outlet Shift Manager)

✓ At least 2 yrs experience in a Casual Dining Restaurant on a Managerial Capacity
✓ Possesses Strong Leadership, Marketing and Result Oriented abilities to achieve Sales and Profitability goals
✓ Driven to increase Brand Presence in the market thru Aggressive LSM and Exceptional Customer Service 
✓ Must be knowledgeable in Restaurant Operation, Financial Planning & Staff Management
✓ Maintain high standards of Customer Service, Quality, Hygiene and Health and Safety
✓ Must be wiling to work long hours and be flexible in store assignment

HR OFFICER

✓ At least 3 years experience as a HR Generalist / Supervisor and has strong back ground in Recruitment, Compensation Benefits and Labor Relation, preferably gained in a Food and Beverage Industry
✓ Must be mature, decisive and has strong leadership skills in heading the HR Department
✓ Excellent communication skills and able to relate to all levels in the Company
✓ Must be willing to be assigned in Pasig City and do field works

TRAINING SPECIALIST

✓ At least 2 years experience as a Training Specialist / Trainer, preferably gained in a Food and Beverage Industry
✓ Able to conceptualize and conduct new training programs for the Store Operations, update and monitor existing programs based on latest Food and Beverage Trends
✓ Able to Motivate, Passionate in Instilling Proper Product Knowledge and Right Attitude to All Employees 
✓ Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and able to relate to all levels in the Company
✓ Must be willing to be assigned in Pasig City and do regular field works
